Testing Capacity and Availability

We've been running manual software testing services for the Taiwan market since 2019, and honestly — scheduling can be tricky. Projects sometimes overlap, priorities shift, and everyone wants their testing done yesterday. Here's where we actually stand with capacity for 2025, what you can realistically expect, and how we manage our testing queue.

Current Availability Through 2025

Right now, we're looking at project slots opening up in specific windows. We typically book 3-4 weeks out because that's what works with how testing cycles actually flow.

Some clients need us for two weeks, others want ongoing validation support. We've found that being upfront about when we can actually start prevents the frustration of last-minute schedule shuffles.

  • June 2025: Two testing slots available (early and mid-month)
  • July 2025: Limited capacity due to existing client commitments
  • August 2025: Open for new project engagements
  • September-October 2025: Flexible scheduling for extended testing cycles
  • November 2025: Early booking recommended for year-end releases

How We Handle Project Scheduling

1

Initial Discussion

We start with a conversation about your software, testing needs, and timeline. Sometimes what you think needs two weeks actually needs four — or vice versa. This chat helps us both understand the real scope.

2

Capacity Check

We review our current commitments and see where your project fits. If we're fully booked, we'll tell you the next realistic opening rather than overpromising and underdelivering later.

3

Timeline Confirmation

Once we lock in dates, you'll get a clear schedule with milestones. We build in buffer time because bugs don't follow calendars, and some issues need deeper investigation than anyone expects.

What Affects Our Schedule

Henrik's been coordinating testing projects since we started, and he's seen pretty much every scheduling scenario. Some factors that influence our availability: existing client extensions, the complexity of software being tested, and whether we need specialized validation skills for your particular application.

We don't take on more work than we can handle well. That means sometimes saying "not right now, but here's when we can" instead of cramming your project into an already-packed calendar. It's better for you, honestly.

If your timeline is flexible, we can often find earlier opportunities. Rush projects occasionally open up when other clients shift their launch dates. But planning ahead — especially for major releases or enterprise software validation — gives everyone breathing room.
